It’s been a great few weeks for writing and reading. I just finished reading a couple of fun books, and I’ve completed two fun YA contemporary fantasies. One should be available (again) soon. It’s Super Daisy, revamped for teens, and the other is a totally new story that was the most fun I’ve had writing in a long, long time. Details as soon as I line up my little duckies in their neat row. (Not that I ever seem to do that.)
Last weekend my cute husband and I took a quick overnight trip to a nearby cow town, where we ate Big Tex Barbecue in an old train car and hashed out ideas for a couple of book series we’ve been talking about. One is a billionaire romance series (always fun), and another is a Regency (gasp!) series. I never, ever thought I’d be planning a Regency story. At least not in a barbecued ribs place.
Stay tuned on those. The billionaire one I’m already forty pages into. Woot! Now, if only I didn’t have to cook or clean…
There would be a lot more Jennifer Griffith novels if it weren’t for the need to eat.
Jennifer Griffith and Regency? Yes, please!
